My wife and I had been looking for a home for over a year and a half.  We had worked with three realtors over this time-frame, none of which had met our expectations.  These three past realtors provided leads and follow-up calls/e-mails.  However, we usually ended up feeling like Realtors were cousins to use car salesmen.  Then we met The Experts Team  They were they kind, professional, and most of all patient ... showing us over 30 homes.  They even coordinated/faxed offers for us while we were on the road traveling out of town.  Most of all, we knew they cared about us when they continued to follow-up on homes already in escrow, but which they knew my wife and I had our hearts set on.  They truly met and exceeded our expectations, and ended up finding us a property that we love and are proud to call home today!

I came across Todd and Nancy on Craigslist while sleuthing the internet for property in Orange County while living in Paris, France. After several exchanges of information via e mail, Nancy set up a web site especially for us. It considered all of the properties within the parameters of our price range and within the ZIP codes we had specified.  On a daily basis for well over a month we were able to get a clear picture of what was available for our money.  When I made a one week trip to California, I was able within two days to focus on the property that fitted our criteria, and within three more days to conclude all of the arrangements. Thanks to the Moellers, I left after a week with all of these issues resolved.  

We are still in Europe, but excited about living in Mission Viejo in a very, very special property that awaits our physical presence and our household goods which are now in transit across the ocean and through the Canal.

Without the help and guidance that Todd and Nancy provided, none of this would have been possible.  And, not only that, in working with them so well we have already formed a wonderful and warm relationship.  They are great to have on your side.

My fiancé and I were looking for a nice home with a yard to rent that would allow our 45 pound dog. It had become quite a struggle as most people didn\'t want to rent to us because they felt our dog was too big despite our excellent credit, and great history with past landlords. We came to Nancy for help, and in a matter of a few short weeks, she was able to help up locate the perfect home AND convince the owners that our dog wouldn\'t be a problem. We have been here for 4 months now, and things are wonderful! Finding a place to rent with a larger dog can be a hassle for many people, and Nancy helped alleviate that for us. We will definitely be coming back to her when it\'s time to purchase a house!
